As a Welsh speaking Welshman, born in India, he moved to Ireland in early 1998, having spent the previous ten years in the South East of England. He now lives in his chosen spiritual home in the Bog of Allen, Ireland's historic heart. He works mainly with locally sourced bogwoods and more recent materials such as elm burr.
He comes from a long line of woodworking craftsmen, his grandfather being part of the Welsh Diaspora of the late 19th Century - instrumental in the building of Liverpool and remembered for his cabinet making skills.
